Being Consistent
Being consistent is one of the best characteristics you can have. If you set your mind to it, you can do it. Be reliable. Not just for others, but for yourself. Not matter what the goal is. Get rid of the distractions, even if this requires you to turn your phone OFF in order to focus.

New Start New Beginnings Old Habits
I made it through my first month of not choosing to eat processed sugars and fruit with the exception of gum and almond milk. I may’ve drank almond milk that had sugar in it a few times during January. I did notice a change in my mood and energy levels, but they may’ve come with my eating habits as well.
